Relax & Rejuvenate

Outside the doors of JenSpa, life can be hectic, loud and stressful. At JenSpa, we maintain that your time to relaxing and rejuvenate is respected by staff and other clients. To ensure everyone has a pleasant experience, please take note of our spa policy.

Appointment Time -  PLEASE arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time if you have not completed your treatment forms. If you are late for your scheduled appointment, your treatment will end as scheduled, as not to delay the next guest.

Cancellations - If you are not able to make your scheduled appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. Appointments cancelled without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation charge.

Consideration - Quiet please! We appreciate you turning off the ringer and or your cell phone while in the spa. Please keep your conversation in a quiet, whisper. JenSpa is not appropriate for children under 12.

Medical Conditions - Treatments done on your skin can affect your overall health, please disclose medical conditions when you book your time. If you are a returning client, please advise your skin care specialist of any recent changes, prior to treatment.

Gratuities - Appreciated, yes - included in your treatment billing - never! You may tip your skin care specialist directly or request a gratuity be added to your debit or credit card payment.

Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present for services.
